Revocation Policy for the LYOD Store
Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (shop@lyodsongs.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email). You can use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier point in time.
You must return or hand over the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract:

The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
